Cancellation Policy

 By booking an appointment with MSHAIRISMYPASSION LLC. you acknowledge that you have fully read, understand and agree to MSHAIRISMYPASSION LLC. terms and conditions regarding my appointment policy. Due to the coziness of the salon, if a client is showing symptoms of being sick in any way, I have the right to refuse service and reschedule your appointment. As a friendly reminder there are NO REFUNDS on any nonrefundable deposits, appointments, products, accessories, wigs etc.  As of 2010, Mshairismypassion LLC. does not give out refunds for any services, products, etc. Please refer to my policies available on my website. Please be sure to view pictures and videos of my work to ensure that I am the right stylist for your needs before booking any appointment with me. Inspiration pictures and videos are always welcomed but please keep in mind that Mshairisypassion LLC. can only try to duplicate to the best of my abilities. If I cannot perform a service, I will reccomend a referral.  Please do not bring guests or any extra people to your appointment, they will be asked to leave. The salon studio is a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled clients. Non-compliance will prompt rescheduling of the appointment. No children are permitted in the salon studio unless being serviced. Any child that is being serviced that cannot cooperate, behave and or hold still for their service will not be seen due to liability issues. I MSHAIRISMYPASSION LLC. will not allow hold any child to be held down for a service. The child being serviced must be able to sit still and cooperate for me to properly perform the requested service. Additional fees will be applied to your service for children who cannot cooperate. I reserve the right to cancel and refuse services. Tangled and matted hair will be charged a $25-$50 fee for every hour that it takes to detangle. All services require a NONREFUNDABLE deposit fee that is due upon booking your appointment. All deposits are non refundable.  The nonrefundable deposit is NONREFUNDABLE but it does go towards the total amount of your service fees. Your nonrefundable deposit is only valid for 60 days from your original appointment to be put towards any service or product for the same amount of the original deposit if you cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment, you will be responsible to contact me to rebook your appointment without paying an additional nonrefundable deposit, Failure to rebook an appointment after 60 days of your appointment or payment of your original nonrefundable deposit will result in a forfeit of your said nonrefundable deposit. Late fees apply to all appointments after 10 minutes. Any clients who are more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule. Late fees range from $10-$35 that will be added onto the service fee. I will not be able to accommodate any last minute changes to any services that were not originally booked. If there is ample enough time for me to change your requested service for you by your request, the change in service fee will result in a $35 fee. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a 48-hour notice to be able to fill your appointment . This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any clients who reschedule 48 hours or less will need to pay a $25-$50 inconvenience fee. This fee can be deducted from your deposit or added onto your services. Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service(s) charges for that appointment to be paid in full before rescheduling. Any clients who reschedule or cancel more than 2 times must pay for their service in full prior to booking their appointment or they will not be seen. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by signing up on or emailing, Messaging the page or by call/texting 9104762390 If you are a no show client who made a deposit, you will have 72 hours to book and complete an appointment otherwise your deposit will be forfeited and you will not be allowed to make any future appointments. All clients who are no call no shows will not be given any future appointments! I DO NOT PERFORM MAITENANCE ON OTHER STYLISTS WORK! Any clients who purchase any items from Mshairismypassion = No refunds or exchanges on any items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I reserve the right to refuse to service anyone. Services that take 6 or more hours must be made before 2pm. Services that take more than 6 hours are available to be performed for an additional after hours fee. Cash is always accepted as a form of payment, Please have the right amount. Credit cards are also accepted but will be subject to a TN taxes on top of your service fee. ​ Please don't make an consultation appointment with the intent to get full service the same day. A consultation is a FREE 15 minute appointment for advice, questions and concerns with the inention to book an appointment with MSHAIRISMYPASSION LLC.
