Mshairismypassion Policy & Information

Once you have made an appointment or a deposit with me you automatically agree that you have read, understand and comply with my terms of conditions. You will receive a confirmation including  all of the details of your appointment within 24-48 hours of booking. All deposits are due upon booking your appointment. You are not guaranteed an appointment without a deposit. 

Please do not bring any entourage or children with you to your appointment! 

You will need to pay half of your service fee for the missed appointment to reschedule your original appointment.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!

 

If you would like an appointment please book in advance for styles that take 4 or more hours.

Once you book your appointment with me, you will recieve a notification via text or email of all the information about your appointment. If you do not respond to your confirmation within 24 hours your appointment will be cancelled.

 

All services require a NONREFUNDABLE 50% deposit fee. 

       Nonrefundable deposits are required to book your appointment. The nonrefundable deposit is NONREFUNDABLE but it does go towards the total amount of your service fees. Your nonrefundable deposit is valid for 180 days to be put towards any service or product for the same amount of the original deposit if you cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment, you will be responsible to contact me to rebook your appointment without paying an additional nonrefundable deposit. Failure to rebook an appointment after 180 days of your appointment or payment of your original nonrefundable deposit will result in a forfeit of your said deposit.  Late fees apply to all appointments after 10 minutes. Any clients who are more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule. I will not be able to accommodate any last minute changes to any services that were not originally booked.  If the stylist is able to accomodate last minute services, their will be a $35 fee to do so. Any clients who reschedule 48 hours or less will need to pay a $25-$50 inconvenience fee. This fee can be deducted from your deposit or added onto your services.

          Please do not bring guests or any extra people to your appointment.  The salon studio is a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled clients.  Non-compliance will prompt rescheduling of the appointment. No children are permitted in the salon studio unless being serviced.  Any child that is being serviced that cannot cooperate, behave and or hold still for their service will not be seen due to liability issues. Additional fees will be applied to your service for children who cannot cooperate, I reserve the right to refuse service. Tangled and matted hair will be charged a $25-$50 fee for every hour that it takes to detangle.


         In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a 48-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are cancelled without a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service(s) charges [within exceptions, -death, family emergency, illness]; . Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service(s) charges. Any clients who reschedule or cancel more than 2 times must pay for their service in full prior to booking their appointment or they will not be seen. Cancellation and rescheduling fees may apply to clients who cancel or rechedule less than 48 hours before their scheduled appointment. 
 

If you are a no show client who paid a nonrefundable deposit will forfeit their original nonrefundable deposit and must pay for the remaining amount of their service in full. All clients who are no call no shows will not be given any future appointments!

I DO NOT PERFORM MAITENANCE ON OTHER STYLISTS WORK!

Any clients who purchase any items from Mshairismypassion = No refunds or exchanges on any items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

I reserve the right to refuse to service anyone.

 

Services that take 6 or more hours must be made before 12pm. Any servicesof more than 6 hours that are made by 4pm or later will be subject to an after hours fee that must be paid at your time of service.

Cash is always accepted as a form of payment, Please have the right amount.Credit cards are also accepted but will be subject to a TN taxes on top of your service fee.

 

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SOMEONE ELSE AND USE YOUR CARD INFO AND THEIR NAME BECAUSE IF THE PERSON DOES NOT SHOW UP YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED

 

Please dont make an consultation appointment with the intent to get full service when you come to the consultation appt. A consultation appt is for advice, advisement, or questions. FREE SERVICE FOR YOU

CUSTOM WIG ORDERS

Please be sure to read this information fully and thoroughly, as well as follow all recommended instructions to ensure you receive your custom unit exactly as you wish. This will ensure you avoid any unnecessary issues that would cause your end result, and overall experience with MsHairisMyPassion to be less than satisfactory.

In the event you require clarification or any further information regarding anything involved in this process or not included in the given details below, we encourage you to contact us with any inquiries PRIOR to beginning the process.

MsHairisMyPassion strives to provide the best quality constructed unit to your custom specifications and we want you to be fully informed, and pleased with your unit. MSHAIRISMYPASSION does not compose wigs with synthetic hair fibers, synthetic blend human hair, or extreme low quality processed human hair. All payments are due prior to sending the hair to Mshairismypassion. Turn around times start from the date your hair is received, if your payment has been made. If payment is not made once hair is received, turn around time starts from the date that the payment is made. MSHAIRISMYPASSION does makes wigs with previously installed hair, but if the wefts/tracks are cut there is an additional $25 fee.  They must be prepped, cleaned and ready for me to start the unit otherwise the will be an additional fee. Basic custom unit turnaround time is 7 buisness days. If you need custom color it's an additional 3 buisness days added on to the total time. Alternative rush options with quicker turn around times are available for additional costs as stated, indicated, and shown.  TURN AROUND TIMES DON’T INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

Basic colors natural hair colors are $85 and for up to 3 bundles. This does not include lifting the hair from black to blonde. I, Sarah West of Mshairismypassion am not responsible for any hair that is damaged during the coloring process. I will advise you before performing the color service if the is any risk to the hair if I color it.  If you agree to these terms please sign below. Also some hair may not lift to a specific color without causing tangling, shedding etc. Please remember that the accuracy of your measurements will determine how your unit fits so it’s imperative to follow the proper measurement instructions given below and make sure they’re accurate.  MSHAIRISMYPASSION cannnot be responsible for a poor fitting unit due to inaccurate measurements. 

1. Circumference – All the way around your head.

2. Ear to Ear – Rest soft tape measure on the tip of your ear and it should go all the way around to the other side on top of your other ear.

3. Front to Back – You want the tape measure to start at the front of your hairline and go all the way to the back of your nape.

NOTE: It is best to take your custom wig fitting measurements with your hair secured up or down in the similar fashion that you would secure it when wearing your wig unit to ensure proper fit.

SINCE ALL NATURAL HAIRLINES VARY, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT IN SOME CASES YOUR FRONTAL ON YOUR CUSTOM WIG UNIT MAY FALL BEHIND YOUR EAR AT AN ANGLE DUE TO THE COMPOSITION METHOD OF MSHAIRISMYPASSION CUSTOM UNITS ARE MADE. DUE TO THIS FACTOR FHW DOES NOT SUGGEST GETTING A FRONTAL WIG UNIT IF YOU HAVE A LOW HAIR LINE, (meaning not much space between your natural hair line and your eye brows), IF YOU HAVE AN EXTENDED WIDOW’S PEAK OR EXTENDED SIDEBURNS, OR ANY OTHER SITUATION THAT IS CONSIDERED TO MAKE YOUR NATURAL HAIRLINE OTHER THAN “AVERAGE”. IF YOU ARE UNSURE IT IS PROBABLY SAFE NOT TO TAKE A CHANCE ON A FRONTAL WIG FOR THE FIRST TIME THROUGH THE MAIL. YOU MAY WANT TO TRY A FRONTAL INSTALL IN PERSON TO DETERMINE IF WEARING A FRONTAL IS FOR YOU BEFORE TRYING A FRONTAL WIG INSTALLATION METHOD. ***

 

ANY LAST MINUTE CHANGES ONCE THE UNIT IS COLORED, STYLED ETC WILL RESULT IN A $50 INCONVENIENCE FEE.

ALL WIG UNITS ARE RETURN SHIPPED VIA UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) WITH SIGNATURE TRACKING DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND INSURED FOR THE AMOUNT THE CLIENT SELECTED ON THE WEBSITE FOR INSURANCE COVERAGE. MSHAIRISMYPASSION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR DELAYS FOR WHATEVER UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES FOR RETURN SHIPMENTS ONCE SHIPPED. YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT USPS IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE OF RETURN SHIPMENTS TO PROCESS INSURANCE CLAIMS OR TRACK DELAYED OR LATE SHIPMENTS DUE TO COURIER DELAYS, HOLIDAYS, NATURAL DISASTERS.

MSHAIRISMYPASSION CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE NOR CAN YOU RECEIVE ANY REFUND/EXCHANGE/RETURN OR MODIFICATIONS OR ANY FORM OF COMPENSATION DUE TO IMPROPER FIT OF YOUR FRONTAL WIG UNIT FROM MSHAIRISMYPASSION IF YOUR HEAD MEASUREMENTS DO NOT FALL WITHIN THE PROPER RANGE AS STATED OR IF YOU FAIL TO PROPERLY OBTAIN YOUR OWN HEAD MEASUREMENTS AS THIS IS A PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND MSHAIRISMYPASSION PROVIDES REFERENCE FOR TAKING PROPER MEASUREMENTS AS WELL AS CONTACT OPTIONS FOR HELP AND FURTHER VALID INQUIRIES IF REQUIRED TO AVOID THIS.
