Cancelation Policy

  By booking an appointment with MSHAIRISMYPASSION you acknowledge that you have fully read, understand and agree to MSHAIRISMYPASSION terms and conditions regarding my appointment policy. COVID 19 UPDATE!!! Due to the nature of this pandemic, if a client is showing symptoms I have the right to refuse service and cancel your appointment. I will take temperatures before entering the salon. If your temperature is high you will need to reschedule. As a friendly reminder there are NO REFUNDS on any deposits, appointments, products, accessories, wigs etc. If you cancel your appointment or reschedule your appointment due to COVID19 no refund will be given. You may contact me directly to reschedule your appointment. If I, Mshairismypassion LLC. need to cancel any appointments due to this COVID19 pandemic I will do so and contact all clients immediately to reschedule appointments..............  As of 2010, Mshairismypassion does not give out refunds for any services, products, etc. Please refer to my policies available on my website, appointment confirmation emails and texts. Please view pictures and videos of my work to be sure that I am the right stylist for your needs before booking any appointment with me. [NO REFUNDS!] Please do not bring guests or any extra people to your appointment. The salon studio is a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled clients. Non-compliance will prompt rescheduling of the appointment. No children are permitted in the salon studio unless being serviced. Any child that is being serviced that cannot cooperate, behave and or hold still for their service will not be seen due to liability issues. Additional fees will be applied to your service for children who cannot cooperate, mshairismypassion llc. reserves the right to refuse service. Tangled and matted hair will be charged a $25-$50 fee for every hour that it takes to detangle. All services require a NONREFUNDABLE of up to 50% deposit fee that is due upon booking your appointment. All deposits are non refundable. Nonrefundable deposits are required to book your appointment. The nonrefundable deposit is NONREFUNDABLE but it does go towards the total amount of your service fees. Your nonrefundable deposit is only valid for 180 days from your original appointment to be put towards any service or product for the same amount of the original deposit if you cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment, you will be responsible to contact me to rebook your appointment without paying an additional nonrefundable deposit, Failure to rebook an appointment after 180 days of your appointment or payment of your original nonrefundable deposit will result in a forfeit of your said nonrefundable deposit. Late fees apply to all appointments after 10 minutes. Any clients who are more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule. I will not be able to accommodate any last minute changes to any services that were not originally booked. If there is ample enough time for me to change your requested service for you by your request, the change in service fee will result in a $35 fee. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a 48-hour notice to be able to fill your appointment. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any clients who reschedule 48 hours or less will need to pay a $25-$50 inconvenience fee. This fee can be deducted from your deposit or added onto your services [within exceptions, -death, family emergency, illness]; . Appointments that are booked outside of my normal business hours Are l will be subject to After hour fees are available by request only and start at $25 - $150 Any appointments that are ‘no call/ no text/ no show’ will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service(s) charges for that appointment to be paid in full immediately. Once the final 100% payment of a no show client has been paid, they will have 72 hours to rebook their appointment, otherwise the the payment will be forfeited. Any no call no show clients that do not comply will be bocked from booking future appointments.
